HP EliteBook 840 G8 Refurbished — Overview
The HP EliteBook 840 G8 is the 11th-generation sweet spot of HP’s business line: an Intel Core i7-1165G7 with Intel Iris Xe graphics, 8GB of DDR4 RAM, and a fast 256GB NVMe SSD in the classic 14″ aluminium EliteBook chassis. It is the machine for buyers who want modern 11th-gen speed and all-day battery without paying for 16GB they may never use — and the RAM is upgradeable later anyway.
Every unit is professionally refurbished at our Sharjah facility: fully tested, cleaned inside and out, SSD health-checked, and covered by our 12-month warranty. At AED 1,179, this refurbished EliteBook 840 G8 is AED 20 below mzestore.com’s AED 1,199 for the same i7-1165G7 / 8GB / 256GB configuration — with a real written warranty and local after-sales support.
Who is the EliteBook 840 G8 for?
- Professionals upgrading from 8th-gen — the i7-1165G7 is roughly 30% faster than the i7-8565U in our 840 G6, with far better integrated graphics for video calls and light creative work.
- Hybrid workers — 1.36 kg, Wi-Fi 6, and all-day battery make it a true carry-everywhere machine.
- Budget-conscious power users — 11th-gen i7 performance at a price where competitors still sell 8th-gen machines.
- Future-proofers — upgradeable RAM (to 32GB) and a standard M.2 slot mean this machine grows with you.

Why the 840 G8 over the 840 G6
Our refurbished HP EliteBook 840 G6 (i7-8565U, 8th Gen, AED 761) remains the value king — but the G8’s 11th-gen platform is a genuine generational leap: faster CPU, Iris Xe graphics that are roughly twice as quick as the G6’s UHD 620, Thunderbolt 4, Wi-Fi 6, and better battery efficiency. If your work involves Teams/Zoom all day, large spreadsheets, or anything visual, the refurbished HP EliteBook 840 G8 Dubai price of AED 1,179 buys noticeably more machine than the G6 — still AED 20 below mzestore.com for the identical configuration.
Refurbished condition and 12-month warranty
A refurbished HP EliteBook 840 G8 from Khaleej Electronics passes our 30-point inspection: display and backlight, keyboard, trackpad, battery health, thermals, every port (including both Thunderbolt 4), Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, speakers, webcam, and fingerprint reader. The NVMe SSD is health-checked, Windows 11 Pro is freshly installed and activated, and the machine is deep-cleaned inside and out.
You get a 12-month warranty covering parts and labour, a written invoice, and free diagnosis if anything ever goes wrong. We offer 10-day returns and deliver across Dubai and Sharjah — order on WhatsApp and pay on delivery.
Why buy from Khaleej Electronics
Marketplaces show strikethrough “new” prices to manufacture fake discounts. We do it differently: our refurbished price is AED 20 below mzestore.com’s actual price for the same configuration — no theater, just a real discount. You buy from our Sharjah store with a real team on WhatsApp at +971 506 757 156, a written 12-month warranty, and free delivery across Dubai and Sharjah.

Frequently asked questions
Is 8GB RAM enough on the EliteBook 840 G8?
For office work, browsing, and video calls — yes. And unlike many thin laptops, the 840 G8 has two RAM slots, so you can upgrade to 16GB or 32GB later for the cost of a memory module.
What is the difference between the 840 G8 and 840 G6?
The G8 is two generations newer: 11th-gen i7 (vs 8th-gen), Iris Xe graphics (vs UHD 620), Thunderbolt 4, Wi-Fi 6, and better battery life. The G6 is cheaper; the G8 is faster and more future-proof.
Can the SSD be upgraded?
Yes — a standard M.2 NVMe slot, easily upgraded to 512GB or 1TB.
Does it support Windows 11?
Yes — it ships with licensed Windows 11 Pro pre-installed and activated.
What is included in the box?
You receive the refurbished HP EliteBook 840 G8, an original HP 65W smart AC adapter, a licensed Windows 11 Pro installation, and a written invoice with your 12-month warranty terms. Delivery is available across Dubai and Sharjah.
