Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga 2nd Gen (2017) – i7-6600U, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 14″ FHD Touch + Pen (Refurbished)

The refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga 2nd Gen is the convertible that does four jobs in one machine. It is a laptop for typing, a tablet for notes, a tent for presentations, and a stand for video calls. The screen folds all the way round on a metal hinge, and the pen lives inside the body, always charged and always with you. At AED 789, this refurbished X1 Yoga costs AED 10 less than mzestore.com’s AED 799 for the same i7 6th Gen, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD configuration, and it comes with our 12-month warranty and 10-day returns.

Released in 2017 as the second generation of the X1 Yoga series, this is a proper ThinkPad. It has the famous keyboard with the red TrackPoint, a spill resistant design, and MIL-STD-810G durability. It weighs about 1.4 kg and is only 0.59 inches thin, so it carries easily in a bag. The 14 inch Full HD IPS touch screen is bright and clear, and the garaged active pen supports 4,096 pressure levels for notes, sketches, and signing PDFs.

Who is the X1 Yoga 2nd Gen for?

• Note takers and annotators: fold it flat, take the pen out, and write on the screen like paper. OneNote and PDF markup feel natural.
• Presenters: tent mode stands the laptop up on a desk for slides and video calls without a separate stand.
• Travellers: 1.4 kg, all day battery, and a tough magnesium body that survives bags, buses, and airports.
• Students and professionals: a full Windows laptop and a tablet in one purchase, at a budget price.

Frequently asked questions

Is the pen included?
Yes. The active stylus lives in a slot in the body of the laptop, so it is always with the machine and stays charged.

Does the touch screen work in tablet mode?
Yes. Fold the screen flat and the laptop switches to tablet mode. The keyboard locks so you do not press keys by mistake.

Is the RAM upgradeable?
No. The 16GB RAM is soldered to the board. That is why we sell the 16GB version: it is enough for office work, study, browsing, and light photo editing for years.

Can it run Windows 11?
Yes. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed and activated on every unit we sell.

What is the warranty?
A full 12-month warranty from Khaleej Electronics, with 10-day returns. If the laptop fails under normal use within a year, we repair or replace it.
